Last call for teachers to take EU wide survey on ICT successes in primary schools
Author: EUN News
How do Information and Communication technologies (ICT) make a difference in primary schools in Europe? Have you successfully used ICT in your school with children? This is the last opportunity to share your experience and be part of an EU-wide study conducted by European Schoolnet on behalf of the European Commission. The survey is aimed at to those working with ICT in schools, teachers, head teachers, ICT-coordinators to investigate the impact of ICT.
You can describe any activity involving ICT, which, according to your opinion, has made a difference in teaching and learning or school development. This can be a lesson, a whole school activity, a project or long term approach and should inspire other teachers to learn from. For someone with good knowledge of the good practice, this survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
From your contributions we will select a number of examples that will be highlighted and described in a database of good practices in primary schools. 15 to 20 examples from different countries will be further analysed as case studies. Deadline for contributions is 15 February.
The survey is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, Polish and Estonian. Take the survey here: http://steps-project.wikispaces.com/Information+for+Schools
