home > Media services > News > Take part in the Development Youth Prize 2008-2009 Take part in the Development Youth Prize 2008-2009 The 2008-2009 edition of the Development Youth Prize will focus on ‘Human Development in Africa’. Students from all European member states aged 16 -18 years are invited to prepare their creative artworks on three new themes: gender equality, children and youth and cultural diversity. The website will be launched soon where participants can find more information and useful material on these topics. The official launch for submissions for posters and videos will be at the European Development Days in Strasbourg. The prize for the national winners will be again a trip to Africa. So get started and come to the new website in Mid-October.
