System Integration specialist: Thomas Maier

Thomas has overall responsability for eSchoolnet and develops new strategies to constantly improve the site and meet teacher demands. During the last six months he has been responsible for developing the architecture and a new back-end for EUN's new collaborative platform.

He is also involved in other EUN projects that are related to e-learning and interoperability, such as Celebrate, ELR and eTwinning. Before joining the team, Thomas taught for 13 years, worked as a Web developer, Web database programmer and Web consultant. Still, deep in his heart he is a musician who loves to play and listen to latin, jazz and funky music.
